Spinosi is perfection - the rich egg flavor cannot be matched.  I can't find it locally any more and usually online it is so expensive.  O&O had it on sale for a great price so I bought a whole case.  Thanks for letting me splurge a little!

The pasta is so rich with eggy goodness and silky to the taste, cooks perfectly. I served it with lamb ragu and once with a spinach pesta. Will buy again.
