Morelli pasta is produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods. The signature feature of this pasta is wheat germ and the intense black color from black squid ink. This linguine pasta is ideal served with seafood sauces.
It can be mixed with the Red chilli- or the Lemon and pepper Linguine, since they’ve the same cooking time (5/6 minutes), to create a more colorful and rich in flavor plate!

They utilize an artisanal method of reincorporating wheat germ into their pasta, which is normally stripped away from the wheat. This gives their products a high level of Vitamin A and D, as well as protein. Extruded with bronze dies and dried at low temperatures, this pasta is made with the highest standards, respecting traditions that go back generations.
