Better Made: In Italy, by law, egg pasta can have as few as 4 eggs per kilo of flour (2.2 pounds). Spinosi Pasta contains 10 eggs per kilo. Italian law permits water as a pasta ingredient. Spinosi Pasta is made without water.

Better Looking:
Spinosi Pasta is gloriously golden, naturally blonde, because of all those eggs and that semolina. No turmeric or artificial dyes here.

Better Performance:
Spinosi Pasta cooks up to a true al dente, chewy and elastic. This is pasta with protein. It has real nutritional value. It won't give you the glycemic spike that you get from pasta made with only wheat and water.

I was looking for my favorite pasta, which is Spinosi, who is the largest packaged supplier in Italy.  That in itself speaks for the quality.  The Spinosi Fettucini Egg Pasta comes from the most famous region in Italy for eggs, and the Pasta has a shopping 35% of egg in the pasta.  It is made with bronze kettles, and has a rough texture, so that the pasta holds the sauce better.  The pasta never slips off your fork, but stands up on a fork, with a wonderful texture.

I just realized that in trying to make people aware of this wonderful product, that I might sound like a commercial. LOL.  My wife wins cooking contests, I have been a buyer for a large wholesale food company, have visited the best pasta region of Italy, Reggiano Emilia for weeks at a time, and this pasta is simply as good as it gets.  My wife has quit making home made, though it is slightly better, but this cooks up in three minutes.  It's just a great product.
