Exquisite! May 5, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Laredo, TX United States   This is the best prosciutto I have ever had.  It's sliced so thin, one could read through it -- like onion skin! And the taste is amazing. Unlike many other prosciuttos I've had, this stuff stays nice and succulent, probably because of the way it's packaged: sandwiched between equally thin sheets of some sort of plastic (non-stick) that keep it from drying out. the most delicious! April 14, 2016 Reviewer: minga fannin from Portland, OR United States   because of sale, free shipping that included perishables, i got some of the proscitto di parma. i was excited about the fact that it is so beautifully made with nothing but pork, salt and time. wow! this is an amazing product! we savored it absolutely by itself, having sweet savory slices at the start of every meal. until in a few days it was gone. sublime flavor. i have dreams about it!
