All I can is these are the best anchovies I have ever had the pleasure of eating!  Unbelievable.  The pepper adds a nice kick but not “hot” at all.  I can’t stop myself from enjoying them!  On pasta, over eggs, in a salad, with a slice of hard cheese ……. Just lovely.

I thought I didn't like anchovies, but I do like these.  I just rinse them in vinegar before I fry them.

These are THE absolute best anchovy fillets.  I use them on top of pizza, as a base for pasta sauce, as a base for sauteed broccoli..............it adds a little bit of "something" to every dish - a very delicious "something".

Too bad our local store no longer carries this brand.  I tried another but the quality was not the same.  So glad to find it online.  When sungold cherry tomatoes are in season, I use these anchovy fillets as a base when making a sauce for a simple summer pasta dish - garlic, shallots, anchovy fillets, cherry tomatoes + a bit of mint makes an incredibly tasty sauce for pasta.  A very easy and tasty summer dish.
