You can most definitely tell the difference between the pasta made with just durum wheat and the regular box spaghetti. Bucatini is not something I will probably be using again, however. It was a bit much for us & we have enjoyed the dish better with a thinner pasta. I will be be sticking with this type of pasta. The difference is startling.
