Gotta love guanciale! December 1, 2021 Reviewer: Michelle Federico from Windham , NH United States   This was my first purchase with Olio and Olive, but it won’t be the last! The guanciale is so full of flavor from the rosemary and black peppercorns, it has worked beautifully for Amatracian, and carbonara. I have also used it with a simple sauce of shallot, grape tomatoes and robiola cheese, my family’s favorite. It was packed beautifully and delivered promptly and the price was reasonable. What more could anyone expect. I definitely will recommend Oilo and Olive to my friends. Was this review helpful to you?
