Pappardelle alla Paper Moon December 18, 2025 Reviewer: Mark Alden Lukas from Palm Beach, FL United States   One of my favorite dishes in Milano is Pappardelle alla Paper Moon…I can accurately recreate it in home in Palm Beach with this smoked pancetta…I serve it often and our guests are amazed at the unique, smokey flavor of the dish…I cannot find smoked pancetta of this quality anywhere in South Florida. Just like in Italy! August 5, 2025 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Ventura, CA United States   I needed smoked pancetta for a recipe we got while in Italy on a wine, food & cooking tour.  I couldn't find it at any shop in our area, so I went on line.  I was so pleased to find this available here, even if the shipping was expensive.  It came quickly, encased in freezer packs, so was still cold.   It worked perfectly in the recipe and tasted just like what we had in Italy.  Fortunately I got enough to save for making this again in the future.
