Best GF pasta I've found January 7, 2020 Reviewer: aspentraveler from Aspen, CO United States   We have tried all kinds of GF pasta.  La Fabbrica is far and away the best we've tried.  Like all GF pasta you need to time it carefully as it can go from al dente to mush if cooked for too long.
