It is pressed in classic stone mills and left unfiltered and unadulterated.
Olio Verde Extra Virgin Olive Oi is made from 100% Nocellara del Belice (Castelvetrano) olives—with the aroma of tomatoes, and a luscious yet silky feel with medium fruitiness and a delicate hint of peppery greens to the palate.
