Overview
Learn how Italians truly approach fresh pasta — starting with ingredients, not recipes — in an intimate, hands-on workshop limited to just 6 guests.
At La Cucina Segreta by Olio&Olive, we begin with what matters most: exceptional ingredients and the knowledge to choose them with confidence.
Led by an Italian importer and food professional, this highly personal workshop will teach you how Italians select flour, understand dough by touch, and prepare fresh pasta with intention — before crafting your own tagliatelle and fettuccine to take home.
Designed to feel like cooking around a kitchen island in an Italian home, this experience is relaxed, educational, and deeply authentic.
You’ll leave not only with fresh pasta, but with the confidence to recreate the experience at home.
Perfect for couples, friends, and anyone seeking a meaningful food experience in Dallas.
