The tasting is led by Marco, founder of Olio&Olive, who has spent over two decades working directly with Italian olive oil producers and selecting oils for the U.S. market.
Over the years, he has been chosen as an olive oil purveyor and consultant for many restaurants across the country and has conducted dozens of educational tastings and seminars both in Italy and in the United States.
This session is not a scripted presentation or a sales pitch — just a chance to learn how to recognize truly great olive oil from someone extremely passionate about it and who has been working with many producers for the past 20+ years.

As seating is extremely limited, tickets are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 4 days before the class date will receive a credit that can be applied toward a future La Cucina Segreta experience. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend.
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will offered the option of a full credit or refund.
