Our chili infused extra virgin olive oil is devoid of chemicals, artificial ingredients and gimmicks.
This infused oil is crafted using nothing but hand-harvested, cold pressed Sicilian extra virgin olive oil and the
natural essence of chili peppers. We don’t put decorative bundles of chili peppers in our bottles like other olive oil producers. We don’t even crush the chilis with the olives. This is because doing this could cause a
possible chemical reaction between the olive oil and the chilis, rendering an unpleasant flavor profile.
Drizzle our chili infused extra virgin olive oil on soups, pizza, pasta sauces, crostinis, and bruschetta for a pleasant kick.
