During the summer, when we think vegetables,
we immediately turn to olive oil and vinegar.
But in the winter, thinking about cold vegetables
makes us shudder. Here's the solution:  put the
olive oil and vinegar on hot vegetables.  This is
the perfect antidote to winter.  The vegetables
and garlic are high in anti-oxidants. The
Riserva
balsamic vinegar
is smooth and won't interfere
with wine, the way that harsh vinegars do.

The
Paradiso extra virgin olive oil is not only
healthy, it smells like summer. This dish is an instant mood elevator. Have it for
your dowry or for your dinner.

But save some Riserva Balsamic Vinegar for summer.
The strawberries are waiting!
