Welcome to Olio&Olive! We are glad to be your primary source for your Italian epicurean indulgences. In 2004 we set out to bring you the finest olive oils
and aged balsamic vinegars from various regions of Italy and now, several years later, we are proud to offer you this and much, much more from our
growing line of Italian imports.
It is our mission to offer you everything from the most essential to the most hard-to-find gourmet products to have you eating like an Italian. We are die-hard
gourmands, dedicated home cooks, olive oil sommeliers and certifiable buona forchettas (“good forks”, or people who love to eat) who strive to provide our
customers with products which we ourselves incorporate into our fine-palate diets.
About Our Products
Olive oil is the cornerstone of Italian cooking. So it was only a natural evolution of our company to expand the range of products available to our customers
so that all the other wonderful ingredients could be offered to them as well. We started by adding Italian olives, which are now amongst our bestsellers. We
then added another “must” of Italian cuisine – parmigiano reggiano. From there, our product range grew exponentially and continues to grow as we find the
very best of the best – parma prosciutto, Callipo tuna, San Marzano Italian tomatoes, Tartuflanghe truffle products, bottarga di muggine and Caffarel
chocolates are just a few examples of what you can find at Olio&Olive.
We at Olio&Olive also hear our customers when there is a demand for a certain product. As such, we added top quality gluten free pasta to the list and
were featured in the January 2010 issue of Bon Appetit magazine. So if you have a gluten free diet and crave that bowl of pasta with San Marzano Italian
tomatoes and some grated parmigiano reggiano, you can once again enjoy with our gluten free pasta brands!
