Recommended by a Tuscan Friend March 18, 2018 Reviewer: Chinois from Sausalito, CA United States   Highly recommended by a Florentine friend, and an excellent cook.  I first tasted Rummo pasta at my friend's home in Firenze.  It was incredible!  The texture was firm, even though we had to hold back the meal while waiting for her brother to arrive.  The delay did not effect the texture of this pasta at all.  I bought Rummo so that my friends here in CA can also have the pleasure of trying it out.
