Needed to verify our favorite restaurant's menu se July 1, 2021 Reviewer: Esther Nacci from Preston, CT United States   This Speck is awesome!!  We experienced speck at our favorite Italian restaurant.  It came paired with plum and the taste profile was extraordinary.  Having a few drinks while waiting for our meal, we researched and purchased some speck for enjoyment at home.
