So, so good. We used to live in Italy and really miss ease of access (and low prices) for cheese and meats. This tastes exactly like what we’d have in Italy. Will definitely be ordering again!

Beautiful pancetta, not smoked makes a great amatriciana. It is salty so remember that when seasoning.
