Love the Modena Balsamic Vinegar. It had a sweet taste to it & wasn't too strong.  Would make a great gift. I used it on a salad & tried it over ice cream as suggested & it added a unique flavor to it. I will recommend this product & will purchase it again for myself. This would make a great gift too.
