Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from cold pressing the best quality
Sicilian olives: biancolilla, nocellara, cerasuola originating in the
surrounding areas of Partanna, Castelvetrano, Ribera, Sciacca and
Trabia. This oil is characterized by its distinct personality, its
typical aroma evocative of fresh fruit and its delicately fruity flavor
that leaves an aftertaste of sweet almonds.
